In 2025, the temple is expected to open for the Mandala season in mid-November and remain open until the end of December. It will reopen in January 2026 for the Makaravilakku festival, which marks the most sacred time for devotees. Apart from these major events, the temple also opens briefly each month for rituals and pujas.
